The furnace range includes high-performance Muffle and Tube furnaces designed for various industrial and research applications, including ceramic sintering, new material analysis, and ash measurement. Each unit is built with high-quality ceramic fiber board interiors and powder-coated steel exteriors for maximum durability.

Muffle Furnaces

Available in two control variants—PID-type for constant temperature needs and Program-type for complex thermal cycles.

  • Heating Element Protection: Features fireproof molded heating elements to prevent damage from corrosive gases or steam.
  • Integrated Exhaust: Includes a built-in duct hole to facilitate the removal of internal vapor and gases.
  • Advanced Safety: Equipped with an automatic fault sensing system, digital over-temperature protection, and a double overheat safety device.
  • Interface: Simple graphic LCD (GLCD) with RS485 ports for PC communication.

Tube Furnaces (Program Control)

Designed specifically for heating samples within a controlled gas or vacuum atmosphere.

Key Features

  • Atmospheric Control: Includes gas masks on both sides to seal the tube, allowing for gas injection or vacuum creation.
  • Ease of Use: Retractable design between upper and lower parts for convenient tube installation.
  • Coolant Integration: High-temperature models (LF-GT660 and LF-GT1060) support coolant circulation to protect gas masks.

  • Tube Sizes: 60 mm or 100 mm diameters with heating zones of 300 mm or 600 mm.
